1. Entries accepted between 7.00 am and 10.00 am on Show Day. |
2. All exhibits to be staged by 10.15 am. |
3. All exhibits must be made or grown by Exhibitor, except in the Floral Art Section where plant material need not be grown by the Exhibitor. Anyone acting contrary to this rule will be debarred from the prize. |
4. The utmost care will be taken of the exhibits, but the Committee will not hold themselves responsible for loss or damage of the same. |
5. No exhibit which has already won a prize at this show may be entered a second time. |
6. Articles in the Handicraft section to have been completed since 20th August 2023. No entries in Handicraft Section to be washed or dry-cleaned. |
7. All disputes shall be referred to three Members of the Committee and any person making the objection against any exhibitor must deposit 50p with the Secretary and if the case is proven, the money will be returned. Objections to be made in writing before the conclusion of the Show. |

8. Art and Handicraft entries may be offered for sale. 20% commission to the Show. |
9. Exhibitors will be asked if they are prepared to contribute entries to the end of Show Auction which will be held in the main marquee at the end of the show. 100% proceeds to the Show. |
10. Judge’s decisions is final. |
11. Prize Money to be paid following the end of Show Auction. Prize Money for Children's Classes to be available when the Show opens. |
12. Exhibits must not be removed before the end of the Auction. |

13. The Committee does not accept any responsiblity for any accident, illness or injury incurred to persons or animals on the Show fields or in connection with the Show. |
